Hey everyone my name is Robin and I am from upstate NY. I moved to the Wilmington area for school. After graduating from UNCW this past May I began personal training full time for a local training studio downtown (The Urban Studios). Fitness is a huge part of my life. I am active year round. You can find me at the beach surfing, wake boarding or playing beach volleyball; running downtown; out west snowboarding or at the gym working up a sweat boxing and weight training - I'm always looking for new and creative ways to challenge myself. Traveling is a huge passion of mine. I have been all over the continental US, Canada, Central and South America, Europe and Southeast Asia. I am always eager to meet new people and experience new cultures. I have the most amazing family and friends a person could ask for and I'm always down for a fun night out, live music, good food, good coffee and good conversation : )

The Urban Studios is a personal training studio located downtown on North 4th St - offering the Wilmington community the most quality training around in a fun and unique atmosphere (located in downtown's historic 'Brooklyn' district). I offer private and group training sessions. My clients receive the most effective, cutting edge workouts available today; fool proof nutrition advice as well as my undivided attention and instruction in order to maximize their desired results. I also offer private and group boxing lessons/classes. Boxing is a passion of mine in which I am very credible having worked with a highly established professional boxing coach for the past few years. A good referral for me is anyone looking to improve their quality of life whether it be transforming their diet and physique, boosting their confidence and energy, biulding core strength and stability, spicing up their old routine or challenging their current fitness level. Also anyone involved in the health/beauty industry - stylists, beauticians, massage therapists, chiropractors, accupuncturists etc.
